Minutes – Meeting started at 6:45 pm and over 323 Texhillco members were greeted by Chris Stevenson, Board President, members then unanimously voted in two new board members, Charlie Orr (replacing Bill Orr) & Dr. Brent Ringo (replacing Dr. Mark Foust).  After introductions of board, supervisory committee, and office staff, Chris noted the passing of former board member of 20+ years and educator of many decades, Earl Knopp.

CEO Tony Gonzales reviewed the credit union’s financial condition, tremendous loan growth, and discussed the many ways the credit union has been and always will treat its members as family, helping in every financial way possible.  Tony then reviewed the new and upcoming new services and requested members keep their contact information updated, using cell phone app or home banking, so we can always be in contact.  Tony and staff then conducted drawings for cash prizes totaling $9000.00.
